Managing the e-commerce startup project "cleangang"

Cleangang is a German-Polish startup introducing a wide range of cleaning products to European markets under a common brand. Our task was to support the newly established company in tasks related to the launch and promotion of the online store in the German market. Our responsibilities included project management for e-commerce, coordination of tasks during regular meetings, assistance in selecting subcontractors and technologies, supervision of executive companies, and implementation of product feed and the Trustpilot customer review system. The collaboration covered the crucial initial period of cleangang.de store operations.
